I have to confess that I am drawn to this palette because of the packaging. It is oh so beautiful. I had to give Tasya two thumbs up for her ideas on this packaging. It is so sleek and elegant. It even looks like high end makeup that you can buy in Sephora. In her Youtube channel, Tasya said that she was inspired by the color of sunset. That inspiration can be seen in the gradation of yellow to purple. The writing of Sunset itself is holographic, which makes it more beautiful.
This limited edition eyeshadow is very affordable. It costs only IDR 125.000, including Nivea eye makeup remover and micellar water. The makeup remover and micellar water each cost around IDR 30.000. That means that the eyeshadow palette costs less than IDR 100.000 for 7.8 g of products (each 1.3 g). However, how is the quality of the eyeshadow? Is it as good as the packaging? Keep on reading to find out.
If all my makeups were disappeared and I could only keep one, I would definitely keep concealer. That’s right. Concealer plays a very important role in my life. Because, no matter what eye cream or skincare hacks that I tried, my under-eye areas is still as dark as panda eyes. So I just have to accept it and cover it with the best concealer that I can find in the market.
This The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer hands down is one of the best. It is not only just the formula, but also the color matches my skin very well. It is usually hard for me to find a good match to my skin. The packaging is also slim that it even fits in my jeans pocket. Moreover, the price, OMG, the price is very cheap. It costs only IDR 55K in some online store in Indonesia. Luckily, I purchased this in Korea so it is even cheaper. I purchased this in Korean Duty Free Store for KRW 12K for 3 pieces. So, it is around IDR 48K for 6.8 gram of products. The cheapest concealer I have ever seen in the entire world. Read on to find out more about the product
Becca First Light Priming Filter is lavender-hued primer that claims to give instant complexion refresh to your skin. It also says that it can fix five signs of bad face day, such as fatigue, dullness, dehydration, puffiness, and fine lines.
I admit that I purchased this product because Kathleen Lights (if you love watching makeup tutorials in Youtube, you will know who Kathleen is) loves this product. On her, this product awakes her dull skin. She also has dry skin, and so do I. So I think that it might suit me.
I purchased this Becca First Light Priming Filter in Sephora Singapore for 58 SGD (or around 580.000 IDR) for 30 ml. I know it is such a splurge on a primer, but let’s see the review.
This month’s haul is about discovering Indonesian brand. I tried to incorporate Indonesian brands to my makeup arsenal because I found that some Indonesian products are as good as US or Korean brands. Moreover, most Indonesian makeup products are much more cheaper than any makeup that we found in Sephora.
I searched up and down mall and online store to find Indonesian products. I found some Indonesia products that caught my eyes. However, along the way, as you can see from my haul, I still cannot resist from buying US
and Korean brands. Read along if you are interested in what I will try this month and review in the near future:
It is always hard to start writing about something for me. So I thought, why not writing about something that I always do every morning? That’s a little story behind this article. In this post, I will talk about my morning skincare routine. It is something that I always do at least everyday, if not every morning (because sometimes I get too lazy to wake up early).
First of all, I want to say that I am crazy about Korean skincare. Most of the product that I mention will be Korean. However, I do not follow its famous 10 steps skincare routine. So, if you are interested in what I do, please keep on reading.
